5.0"I wish there were more mini dealers for service, driving 2-3 hours is a bit frustrating... But I love my mini and the mini family. The employees at East Bay Mini are superiors when it comes to customer service and taking care of their mini owners and guest. The service department (Scott Hunter was my helpful associate) happily answered all my questions and made sure I had a loner car while my car was being serviced. I have never had a bad experience with a Mini dealership, my 2011 Mini Cooper S was a birthday present to myself 2 years ago. It has been serviced in Jacksonville FL, Raliegh NC and now here in San Francisco CA; we've traveled this country together from coast to coast.
