Pay: up to $80,000
REQUIREMENTS
Previous car sales experience (highline preferred)
Proficient computer skills in MS Outlook, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and online manufacturer websites preferred
Attend on-site, online and off-site product training
Regularly present product demonstrations to co-workers and Sales Managers
Become knowledgeable on MINI models, dealer promotions and monthly lease and finance programs
Embrace the MINI “lingo”
Integrate with 5 other Motoring Advisors in a team environment
Self motivated and detail oriented
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Possess an energetic, positive, fun upbeat attitude towards co-workers and clients
Ability to communicate in person, on the phone and via email
Daily communication with Sales Manager
Able to implement new processes and adjust quickly to an ever-changing work environment
Keep clients informed of the status of their vehicles
Manage and follow up online and with CRM clients in the off-lease and retail portfolio
Client follow up after sale
Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction via customer surveys
Maintaining a clean work station
Comply with business dress code policy
Valid driver’s license
POSITION
Full-time position. Days and hours are determined based on a rotating schedule. Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

Become knowledgeable of BMW and/or MINI vehicles, dealer promotions and monthly special programs
Integrate with 3 or 4 other Business Development Reps in a team environment
Self motivated, detail oriented, personable and ambitious
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Energetic and positive attitude towards co-workers and clients
Ability to communicate in person, on the phone and via email
Daily communication with Business Development Manager

Set 7-10 appointments per day
Make 100+ calls per day
Coordinate appointments with Sales Managers and Client Advisors
