The MINI TAKES THE STATES 2018 (MTTS) event that took place in August attracted over 3,000 drivers at the finale of the event and ended up raising over a million meals for the Feeding America Charity. While the finale attracted many owners, there were also over 1,000 MINIs on the road each day, collectively covering a distance of over 5,000 miles and going through many cities across fourteen states. Our team at East Bay MINI is proud to provide vehicles from a company that is so invested in its community and that does its part to help people wherever they go.

The Debut of a New MINI Copper

The event was also used to show the MINI John Cooper Works International Orange Edition. These vehicles led the pack of owners travelling in the Eastern and Western Route with their exclusive Pro Exhaust, custom black fuel filler cap and door handles, black side stripe, and Midnight Black Metallic roof spoiler.

Using two routes – the Eastern and Western – allowed more drivers to participate and allowed for more people to help contribute to this noble cause. It all started in Keystone where anyone who visited would enjoy the activities, then they set off to show what MINI models are capable of.
